Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar - Local Sightseeing

Arrival & Transfer: Meet our representative at Srinagar Airport for a private transfer to Srinagar

Begin your exploration by visiting Nishat Bagh (The Garden of Delight), established in 1632 A.D. by Asif Khan, the brother-in-law of Emperor Jehangir. Wander through its terraced lawns, admire the cascading fountains, and enjoy panoramic views of Dal Lake and the surrounding mountains.

Next, visit Shalimar Bagh (The Abode of Love), built by Emperor Jehangir for his beloved wife, Empress Noor Jehan. Stroll along its well-manicured pathways, breathe in the fragrant air, and experience the timeless romance and serene ambiance that define this historic garden.

Tulip Garden — visit to The Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden ,which is  Asia's largest tulip garden. The garden is located at the base of the Zabarwan Range, with views of Dal Lake

After a day of cultural exploration, check in for an overnight stay at a Hotel in Srinagar, where you can unwind in comfort and reflect on the enchanting beauty of Kashmir.

Day 02: Excursion to Sonmarg – The Meadow of Gold

Morning: After a hearty breakfast, we will drive  to Sonmarg, the "Meadow of Gold." Nestled in the enchanting Sindh Valley, Sonmarg is a feast for the eyes, with vibrant wildflowers contrasting against the backdrop of towering, snow-capped mountains.

Key Highlights:

Thajiwas Glacier: Just 3 km from Sonmarg, this magnificent glacier dazzles with its icy expanse. For the adventurous, an exhilarating sled ride on the glacier's snow is available—even in mid-summer!

Gateway to Ladakh: Discover why Sonmarg is famed as the Gateway to Ladakh. This picturesque destination serves as a base for adventurous treks to high-altitude Himalayan lakes, offering an unforgettable glimpse into the region's rugged natural beauty

Local Experience: Enjoy the serene ambiance as you explore the scenic trails of Sonmarg. Take your time to capture the stunning landscapes, and consider stopping for a leisurely walk along the river to truly savor the moment.

Day 3: Srinagar to Gulmarg – The Meadow of Flowers

Morning: After breakfast, move to Gulmarg, known as the “Meadow of Flowers,” situated at an altitude of 2,730 meters.

Highlights:

Gondola Ride: Experience a thrilling cable car ride (Phase I) to Khilanmarg, with panoramic views of snow-draped peaks and verdant valleys.

Ski and Golf: Explore one of the world’s best ski slopes and the region’s renowned 18-hole golf course (available during warmer months).

Optional Activity: Enjoy a leisurely pony ride through Gulmarg’s picturesque meadows (available at an extra cost).

Day 4: Gulmarg to Pahalgam – The Valley of Shepherds 

Morning: After breakfast in Gulmarg, depart for Pahalgam, the “Valley of Shepherds.”

En Route: Enjoy scenic views of Kashmir’s unique saffron fields and rural landscapes.

Pahalgam Highlights:

Cultural & Film Heritage: Pahalgam is famous as a filming location for many Bollywood movies.Evening at Leisure: Check in at Iceland Pahalgam  and relax for the rest of the day.

Day 5: Pahalgam local sightseeing

Morning: Begin your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel.

Evening: Return to Pahalgam

Day 6: Pahalgam - Srinagar Houseboat 

 After a hearty breakfast at your hotel in Pahalgam, begin your scenic drive back to Srinagar, passing through picturesque valleys and charming villages that reflect the timeless beauty of Kashmir.

In the early evening, step into a world unlike any other as you arrive at the world-famous Dal Lake for an unforgettable overnight stay—an authentic immersion into Kashmiri lake life. This iconic lake comes alive with vibrant activity aboard traditional wooden shikaras, where local florists and artisans offer fresh flowers, aromatic spices, handcrafted souvenirs, and cups of warm, saffron-infused Kahwa.

Package Exclusions

• Pony Rides in Sonmarg, Gulmarg, and Pahalgam.

• Gondola Ride Phase II in Gulmarg.

• Union Cab for ABC Valley in Pahalgam and in Sonmarg for visits to Thajiwas Glacier and Zero Point.

• Entry Tickets to gardens, parks, monuments, and other attractions (unless mentioned in inclusions).

• Drung Waterfall Excursion (Gulmarg) – Only local union vehicles are permitted from Tangmarg. Charges approx. ₹2,500–₹3,000 per vehicle (not included).

• Travel During Snowfall / Extreme Weather – When directed by the Traffic Department, Tempo Travellers and some commercial vehicles may not be allowed to travel to Gulmarg and Sonmarg. In such cases, only local union vehicles with snow chains are permitted on the following routes:

  • Tangmarg → Gulmarg

  • Gagangeer → Sonmarg Approximate charges: ₹2,500–₹3,000 per vehicle (not included).

• Airfare, railway tickets, beverages, and personal expenses.

• Anything not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.

This package is fully customizable to match your preferences and special occasions. Whether it’s adding overnight stays, honeymoon inclusions, or celebrating a birthday or anniversary, we can tailor the itinerary to create a truly personalized and memorable Kashmir experience for you.

Payment Terms, Hotel Booking & Cancellation Policy (Important)

• 3 to 5-Star Hotels:

  • Full Payment: Required 22 days before check-in to secure and confirm your bookings.

  • Booking & Payment Schedule: To guarantee confirmed reservations, the entire payment must be completed at least 21 days prior to the start of the tour.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 21 days of check-in (D-21) will attract 100% retention charges (no refund).

• Up to 2-Star Hotels:

  • Cancellations between 21–15 days before check-in → charged 1 night’s cost per hotel.

  • Booking & Payment Schedule for Up to 2 Star Hotels

  • To Reserve Your Trip: A 30% advance payment at the time of booking.

  • Before Your Arrival: Another 30% at least 15 days prior to check-in to secure all arrangements.

  • During Your Journey: The remaining 40% is payable three days before the conclusion of your tour.

This way, your booking is smooth, your trip is secured well in advance, and you can simply focus on enjoying your Kashmir experience with us.

• No Show (Failure to Check-in): 100% of total package cost charged (no refund).

Important GST & Input Tax Credit (ITC) Note

• The package cost is inclusive of GST (Non-Input Tax Credit / Non-ITC), as per tour operator service norms.

• If an ITC-compliant invoice is required, 18% GST will be applicable on the total package cost, and a GST invoice will be issued accordingly.
